Adszy will provide you signage to ensure you are compliant. The signage will display that your business charges a 4% convenience fee for all credit and debit card acceptance. Those who pay with card will be automatically assessed a line-item on their receipt illustrating the charge. If the customer chooses to pay cash, they get a “discount” and pay the prices advertised in-store.
If your customer complains, you still have the option to waive the convenience fee.
